  • Are these the ones that were included for free for the recent samsung note purchase?

    • Believe so. Far better off buying those ones.

How do these compare to the flagship Sony and Bose offerings?

    • I've owned the Bose QC35, SONY WH1000XM3 and these AKG N700NCM2, at $255 its a great value headphone. The sound and ANC is on par with the WH1000XM3 and they are mainly aluminium so they feel like a premium product. The only gripe I have about them is they are slightly less comfortable than the Bose QC35 and the WH1000XM3 due to the earcup construction and materials.

    • The NC is very good on these.. and definitely on par with Sony/Bose in that department when I tested it. Sound quality is nice, but I didn't try it out for too long or using my songs to compare to my QC35s. But definitely still below the Nuraphone though in NC and quality.

I picked up a pair bnib for $100 on eBay, potentially under $150 may be possible given the volume for sale.

  • I am unable to find any proper reviews online for these.
I am wondering if someone can help. I want to know if these can multi-pair to a PC/Mac as well as the smartphone at the same time (E.g to a SufaceBook and a Samsung).
Does the mic work on PCs/Macs?
Is it smart enough to allow playing audio from a phone and then pick a call from the PC (E.g play music from the phone and then pick Skype4Business calls from the computer?

The Jabra Evolve 65t does this and the Microsoft Headphones do as far as I know.

From what I can see (and I have no experience with these, just the Sony), they don't have multiple pairing ability:

      • Thank you.

That's a shame. I am looking for a decent pair to use for work and also on the go. I just need to ones that can pair with a PC/Mac to use (both sound & Mic) and to also be able to use them on my Samsung for audio as well as calls.

Sony are bad for this as well.
One suggestion might B the Sennheiser 550 which addicted to audio have for about $290
Theres info on pairing here: https://sennheiser.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/11500506391…

          • @TheRealCher: These look interesting. It'd be great if they can multi pair simultaneously. Wasn't the newer model released this month?

@RamsesII: Not sure if it's been released or is being released. Either way, I'd say it's the reason why this model is being heavily discounted
