        Nope from my recent email exchange

        As your order was placed during our promotion offer period, it will generally take 28 business days for it to be sent

        But it’s been 28 business days (nearly 6 weeks)
        .

        Your order should be dispatched in another couple of weeks.

        So basically don’t expect to receive any cards until around Xmas.

    Something wrong with them when they threaten not to send the cards out till you close your Paypal Case ( Don't do this they delay way pass the 28 days business days supposedly offered) and on top of that the cards they offered were Egift cards instead of the physical purchased . Not worth the hassle for 5% more . AVOID

    PS : Those still waiting 1) Open the Paypal Case ( Don't ring them)
    2) State way past the 28 business days and threaten with State Regulators or possible ACCC
    3) Physical cards will come a lot faster .

    Arggggg I will add Paypal case still going until ALL cards are confirmed ok = Payback :)

      I feel your pain, so I have listed out the risk

      there are fellow members like me, don't really mind whether it's physical or e-GC and don't mind a long wait for more savings in return
      the current Term deposit rates are only 1.5%-2% p.a. anyway, to me, it's still a gain

      Everyone should consider the risk and costs (time & $) and find their best savings, Cheers

        Not much of a gain when you can already get 5% off with no delivery charge, not wait 3 months and keep your money in offset/HIS account. Then max $2000pm. You're around $40 better off(worse if you buy less than 2k) than just using the 5% cards, even less if you have a mortgage with offset.

          Say if I order $2000, time deposit rate now is less than 2% p.a., so it's 0.5% for 3 months

          $2000(10%-5%-0.5%)=$20004.5%= I am $90 better off

          I agree with you, as I said, if you want to avoid the hassle, just order through CR/SB

            @AsukaST: IMO your math is flawed. Firstly, you have to add the registered post fee which is $5.50 unless you're crazy enough to not use reg post for gift cards. Second you buy them for $2000, wait 3 months, unless you spend them instantly you're still missing that $2000. You would then need to order the next $2000 worth to arrive for the next 3 months and so on. So your $2000 is tied up pretty much permanently. VS buying at 5% off every week and banking that saving.

        Why not just offer 3 mths delivery instead of 28 business days that we all know they do no honor?

        I guess if they did they would deliver in 6 mths anyway.

        Dodgy group escalated by their behaviour in my above post !

    Latest issue with this Mob is even though Coles Myer cards are showing $250 on gift card balances online check . The cards are unusable because most like the company providing the cards has put a hold on them . Have another number to ring tomorrow to continue .

    Wish cards provided the same time have no issues so far .

    So my final add on is people thinking they are safe with a online balance check may well and truly be not with some kind of corporate hold on these cards !

      having the same issue, received cards afte paypal escalation but all cards are suspended. How did you sort it out ?
