With a massive 6.8kg automatic feed pellet hopper, you can be assured of not running out of fuel during your cook. Using the hardwood pellets gives your food that subtle smokehouse flavour, while the design of the cooking barrel helps to lock in moisture and keep your food the best it can be.

A digital temperature range of 82-232 degrees allows you to cold smoke your favourite cheese, nuts and butters while the high end means you can sear steaks, smoke briskets and cook competition quality ribs.

The Bosston B-450 Pellet Smoker comes included with a heavy duty cover and folding front shelf, meaning less time spent looking for accessories and more time grilling and entertaining.

Would buy a GMG or Traeger instead.

Louisiana aren't bad but I'd go a Yoder over them all. YS640 on comp cart etc.

      • At least qualify these 4 brands by saying, "I'd buy X for X times the amount of money". If you're looking at spending $3,500 on a YS640 you aren't looking at buying a Bosston…

FYI - Louisiana (LG900), Treager (P22) and GMG (Boone w/o wifi) are all about $1,000 but depends on what is available in your area.

      • If I could afford it sure. Saving for a custom offset now.

  • I would suggest spending a bit more well a fair bit more and buying a Primo ceramic grill. They come with a 20 year warranty and are an awesome smoker, bbq and pizza oven all in one.

    • I'm not sure how you go from a pellet smoker to a Primo/Big Green Egg/Komado.

But yes, know the owner and importer of Primo grills, very nice guy 🙂 they're expensive though and the ceramic inserts can crack.
