    How do they fare up to UV exposure? Are they eggshell stickers or perforated to make for harder removal?

      illustrator and photoshop have a monthly fee, you won't really find anyone willing to do it for free. All these printing places will do it, but they'll charge as much as anyone else or they will just charge you for a template.

      It probably says no in the T&Cs but I doubt a human even looks at your stickers beyond maybe someone putting them into an envelope. I'd say go for it.
