Sure, but that's not the case here as it's been cheaper in the past.
I don't think it will be released to privet consumers will be just for oem and Chinese market.

The F at the end of the processor number means no onboard graphics.
If only there were some good deals on the I7-9700K or I9-9900K…..
There is a dedicated graphics chip on there (using power)
but its defective and doesn't work so its disabledF = FAILED IGPU
It is a way to use a failed CPU. Amd does similar but with the 3500 to 3700x the chiplets it get better performance and quality they use for the top tier. That's help to cut prices and made tons of them. Btw go AMD motherboard and ram overcloack made the cheapest choice.

10th gen i3 will have 4 cores, 8 threads, along with intel putting aside $3b for discounts to compete with AMD, it might be worth waiting for it.
