No, sorry. I bought one a few months ago as I didn't want the BT BS, but it does have it. And FWIW, ONE travel case…
9000 seems to have a tongue brushing mode…honestly i'm not sure how important is that. other than that…they look pretty much the same to me
Main difference apart from tongue cleaning mode is that the 9000 has a charging travel case, while the 8000 travel case does not allow you to charge the toothbrush.
I have the 8000, wife has the 9000.
9000 charging case is much thicker and heavier - and to charge the toothbrush you'll also need to use their thick travel plug… negating the 'travelability' of it!
9000 charging case also has a USB-out, but you'll need to keep it plugged in to the wall to charge your phone… which doesn't work for me as I like my phone charging by my bedside overnight.
BTW : 9000 charging case does NOT have a battery, so won't act as a battery back.
If I had my way, would get 8000 x2, like this deal.
