    thanks put order in online for my WA local and came up $27.50 and then also said i could add a free can of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum & Cola to my cart so saved another $8 on top of that, "bonus soda" in the soda drink pro voice

    Chermside Central (Brisbane) had 3 (now 2) for the $27.50 with the free can of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum & Cola that spedstyle was talking about. A few other places I checked around me either had no stock or $38.50.

      Thanks, someone just got the last 2 at chermside. Ive done a comprehensive check of brisbane all regions plus sunshine and gold coast, caboolture ipswich, all oos or 38.50 and higher prices

      Not according as their Terms & Conditions which state:

      • Excludes trade buyers, online only offers and liquidation or clearance sales.

      But it might be a different story in actuality, possibly depending on which staff member you get.

      You would also need to find a Dans within 10km (or so 😉) of a BWS with stock and have the staff member set that BWS store as "Your Store" so that the discounted price shows up.

      How do you know which is the original rum? Because of branding laws, companies had to stop using RUM name in their alcohol if it wasn't original.

        Ok had to google what you were talking about, it's in reference to the word "Havana" being used on rums that are produced outside of Cuba.
        Havana Club is owned by the Cuban Gov't (hence only $5 in Communist Cuba).

        This is also the real Cuban one, you can see the sticker on the bottom of the bottle (looks like a US dollar note).

            @bargainparker: Your comments are bizarre. There is no word "RUM" in all capitals. The word rum is not a mark from Cuba, as in the 1300s before the discovery of the Americas by the Europeans, rum had been imported into Cypress. In the early 1600s, rum was produced in Brazil and the Carribean. There has never been an attempt to stop distillers from calling a drink "rum", though as ribze1 mentioned, Bacardi makes Havana Club in Puerto Rico (a US territory) but although it associates itself with Havana, Bacardi Havana Club has the legal right to use the name for its rum due to winning a number of lawsuits that were unfavourable to the Cuban government.

      I've noticed a discrepancy with the inventory at times. Working in the store I've noticed a product as having 1 item left in stock but the actual website saying it's unavailable. Not sure why but keep that in mind.

    yeah my order went through at 4am, woke up and went to check and said my order was ready to pick up but it had refunded me the havana club but i could still go pick up the free can of sailor jerrys , went in to BWS Palmyra WA and guy was puzzled he said they had stock when i put the order in that is why system let me but they did not put my bottle away so someone just came in and picked it up but i was lucky they got more stock in about 12pm and still scanned at $27.50 thought about getting few more bottles but wallet did not agree.

        I stand corrected, I should of said anywhere in Adelaide! I ain't driving hours to pick up a bottle of rum! Good if you live in the middle of SA!

        I think there's some at Craigmore, but not at $27. I wish it was easier to just see all available stores rather than having to check postcode by postcode with surrounding stores
