More land fill
Great price for the camera, but I would buy the film online
Sucks that they don't actually come with film.
I wondered what the biggest waste of money I'd see this month was… only the 2nd and it's already taken the gold!
I am going to have to disagree with you there. As much as I don't like them or need one, my previous partner used to use this style of camera for multiple scrapbooking and creative arts based projects. There's definitely some great uses and a novelty factor.
I think you'd be about the only purpose to have a use for it :P
Just with the cost of the camera and how much blanks are…! $1.50 each?!
Would rather just get proper prints done for 5-10c.
Agree completely! I'd have no use for it and is kinda expensive but you'd probably be able to find the film cheaper elsewhere… probably..
It does have the speed factor that you don't have to travel to get the prints done, that's always useful. :P
@Dswal: Instant prints at home can be a plus.
You could just get a dedicated 6x4 dye sub printer for a similar price and then the prints are only around 50c

@Duff5000: Why would someone neg every reply in this thread?
thanks @DuckKnight for actually finding the link.
If only there was some way to take a higher resolution digital picture with an electronic device I am already carrying everywhere, and then somehow print those digital pictures somewhere like BigW for 10c… instead of the $27 film the above device requires?
*sigh… if only.
Is all the bitching about that TS branding? Like if there weren’t other instax models, and polaroid before, at comparable prices and with always expensive sheets.
great opportunity to take picture to burn. ayyyyyyyyyyy
