Doesn't appear to be any card limits, only the denominations that are in-stock!

    • Same as you. Took $ but no further action. However, needing someone to confirm this —>
      Email saying TRACKABLE standard letter $5.25
      But FAQ saying NOT TRACKABLE
      “You will receive an email with tracking info for physical card orders once they have shipped if you selected the express post option but NO tracking code for standard Post.”
      &
      “ For email – its free! For standard Mail its $5.25 For next day and tracked EXPRESS Post its $9.50”

      Now which is correct?

  • Anyone heard anything yet?

  • Just got an email, although they approved my order initially, but they tracked down with multiple email purchase. So they cancel my other email order and processed my email that is tied to news + rewards.

        I emailed them this morning, and just got reply. It’s been dispatched today with tracking, and hopefully will arrived next week

        • The refund has come through for the one order that was declined. Heard nothing else from the other orders I placed (besides the initial confirmation)

      Received my 3 orders today and one refund for a declined orders the other day. For the orders I received there was no additional email with shipping details etc

          Bought (4 orders) directly from website via guest checkout. Had 2 orders sent to my home and 2 sent to my parents (under different recipient name). For some reason they cancelled/refunded one of the ones sent to my parents but the orders to my home address both came through fine

    Received them (1x5x$100), NOT ACTIVATED. Have zero balance!

    Anyone who receives them please check your balance so you don't get screwed over.

    • Received yesterday with the same problem. Mine were in the letterbox, I thought registered mail needed to be signed for. No tracking number on the order website still. Very poor form from this company.

      • Same. They didn't even tear off the "sender to keep" label

      • I haven't yet. I've emailed and waiting for a response. I don't know if they can, I doubt it. They'll probably have to send new ones

          TLDR; Activation is delayed until after it is supposed to have reached you. It's all good

    Received my order today. Checkout with guest checkout and just made one order. No tracking until I emailed them. Didn’t tear of sender to keep. Checked balance, all good! Overall, need improvement but the main thing, we get our cards.

  • I paid for express post for two separate orders. Haven’t received any shipping details and no replies to my emails that I sent to their support email address!!!

    I understand that the codes don't work anymore, but has one tried signing up for the Tele & 'legitimately' trying to buy the gift cards ?

    I did notice this new condition on the Telegraph's page, which reduces the attractiveness of the offer:

    • At least it is effective 9% discount, after taken account into postage. But 1 card only. This is for the Ultimate $100 gift card though.

      • Ah, right. I forgot about the postage. And there's no option to send it by regular untracked mail.

        9% discount is not that attractive.

        • Better than the usual 5%. Don't think you can find a 9% discounts on JB's card.

  • I received the gift cards in the mail yesterday via regular tracker mail that is $5.20 on the gift card website though I paid for express mail $9.90 x 2. Anyone else pay for express and received via the cheaper option?

    • Yes I had same problem and they don’t bother replying to emails complaining about this!
