Colombia Isnos

A very smooth coffee with flavours of hazelnut, orange and caramel. Lingering finish of sweet chocolate.

  Always welcome new customers and love to share our coffees ;) Coffee is freshest for the first 1 month after roasting and we fresh roast to order so should have more unique flavour profiles than an average supermarket coffee that may have sat on the shelves for longer.
  
  We also work directly with different farmers so are very blessed to have more unique specialty coffees and we love to work with farmers and assocoates that who are more passionate and interested in innovation and cultivating relationships rather than just a monetary standpoint.
  
  Coffee is subjective though so the more you try different fresh roasted coffees the more you will accustom your pallet and be able to identify differences

Hey rep, upvote from me as always for the awesome beans and deal, but can you confirm how you're shipping now? Always used to be express post in my experience, but a friend of mine says their most recent order came through couriers please who are arguably the worst delivery experience in Australia. They spent days trying to track down their order and I've had similar experiences with these jokers and avoid them like the plague…

  Thanks for the info and kind feedback. I believe that we tried a few local Couriers Please satchels for the first time in 3 or 4 years to revisit whether it was a more sustainable solution for us to use next year as Aus Post has been changing it's logistics and costs etc.
  
  I think Flora tested Couriers Please for Sydney and Melbourne in the last deal(ie the 1-2 day postage times). At this stage we are staying with Australia Post Express and will advise if anything were to change in the future :)

    I just received a Couriers Please Express post.
    Luckily someone was home as they are a pain in the arse to pick up from as their drop point is 5km away and cannot get to during business hours, whereas Aust post is more convenient.

  Couriers Please "delivered" mine in Canberra. I was home and they dumped the card and ran. Even have it on security footage. They are a terrible courier and I will normally avoid any product using this company. Don't even get me started on the pick up location.

    For some reason their redeliver website form "confirm" button is not working so I can't get them to leave it outside tomorrow and won't have my coffee for the long weekend.
    The pickup location is surprisingly close to me but they are only open 9-5:30, no weekends so impossible anyway.
    
    edit: tried on my PC now and its the same thing on the website. Submit the redeliver form and nothing happens. I guess its about as bad as the service.

      When I requested redelivery they emailed me telling me where I needed to pick up the package. No intention to deliver it.

        If I knew they started using this mob after 4-5 yrs of auspost id never have re-ordered.

  The 4x bag's are usually a mix of both, I drink almost all manna beans' as macchiato's but some of the single origin stuff is so bright and acidic it has to be just espresso.

This is important for most people who buy their beans from a store other than your regular supermarket.

    Hi Pete, apoologiews for not replying sooner. For the next time if you would like specific coffees then you're welcome to leave notes in Paypal or shoot through an email request and we'll always try to help where possible.
    
    Can't always guarantee it though as it just depends on what is being roasted at the time. Often Decaf needs an individual small batch roast as we sell less of it but I will consider making an additional option for it with a future deal :)
