I personally have purchased a Currumbin Wildlife Ticket and it was provided through ExperienceOZ (who are linked with RACQ, Optus and many other Australian companies.)
It may be obvious but can I check that you can only apply for these tickets if you've transited through Changi?
Anyone can purchase these tickets, transiting through Singapore is not a requirement.

nope, not even a confirmation email but money has already been deducted.
We ordered tickets on Saturday money has come out but no email with tickets yet.

Tickets received for one booking after verification of bank transaction details by customer service.
I also booked Wet n Wild but was advised that there is 2 day processing time for that.

There have seen to be some delays/issues with receiving tickets lately, they just updated their website with an account based system.
If it has been longer than 24hours I suggest contacting them.
Now got an email to send them proof of payment with a screenshot of bank statement weird system
It's not the norm, be sure to vote once you receive your tickets ;)
Called them as the transaction was not shown on my bank statement, then they sent out the tickets within 5 minutes
Have you received your tickets yet? We haven't heard a thing I have sent 3 messages with no replies starting to worry we have lost our money.
