  With all these cheap strawberry deals and warmer weather it's a good time to make 3 ingredient strawberry ice-cream.

  My personal recipe:

  • 600ml Thickened Cream
  • 500g Strawberries
  • <150g Sweetend Condensed Milk

  1. Mix cream until fluffy
  2. Mix in Sweetend Condensed milk (more makes it less icey but more sweet)
  3. Slice handful of strawberries into tiny chunks
  4. Blend rest of strawberries into kinda thick puree
  5. Mix strawberries with cream
  6. Put in container and freeze

  2-3 hours for soft serve softness. After an overnight of freezing I recommend a good 30secs in the microwave.
