Can anyone who has bought this previously confirm whether this hogs multiple outlets on either side?

    I think the question is more does it cover any other outlets on a double socket?
    
    Some devices are so large that they can cover things up
    
    I recently had to replace a Ethernet over Power socket pair, old one had the port on top, new one had port on bottom and socket was so close to shelf that it simply did not fit. OP is asking if this could cause a similar issue, not if it has outlets on both sides
