  • Do they have e-sim facility?

I missed the part about credit checks, would not have bothered had I known. My credit sucks but somehow I was accepted without issue.

Also the ID I used was an expired international passport. No problems.

Recieved the sim card within a couple of days. Small regional town.

Ported my old Boost number. Was all done within a couple of hours of activating.

Seems pretty decent so far. Speedtest I get 8mbps up/down.

edit: forgot to add, I had a minor problem when I tried to register for the android app - the SMS verification code wasn't coming through. I used the online help chat on their website and they were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. I kept getting disconnected from the chat and having to rejoin (which was totally, 100% MY fault) but they were on-to-it and got it sorted without issue.

Just a heads up: PROMO CODES AND REFERRALS CANNOT BE USED TOGETHER

Just tried to help a friend sign up using my referral code and this 4 month free promo code. Unfortunately only one code can be entered at a time.

Just asked on the help chat about it to make sure. This is the response I got:

"Unfortunately, these promo codes cannot coincide with each other."

  • Anyone have issues trying to sign up to this? Getting the following error details when entering my details. Have used multiple browsers on multiple devices but still having issues:

Please check that these fields are correct
    ID Number
First name as shown in ID
Middle name (if shown in ID)
Last name as shown in ID
    Date of birth
