      They are both part of the UAE, but if you rearrange the letters of Abu Dhabi you get Bad Dubai, so I assume Dubai is the good one…

      The bus from Abu Dhabi to Dubai is pretty cheap and is around an hour's journey and probably less of a hassle to get out of customs. You'd be saving roughly 300-500 dollars if you took this option really.
