    Another poorly implemented promotion then. I beleive you did get the bonus, just the terms say it is only for new customers. I guess other user's experience may or may not be the same.

They did this when I signed up in December offering a bonus $200 credit for 6 months. They never applied it automatically and every time I topped up, I had to call them and argue with them for the credit. It just got to be a pain, so I stopped calling.
Oh, for anyone who uses them for cheap (relatively) international rates, they are all going up on August 2nd - some from 90c/min now to $2.99/min which is a bit of a bummer.
