Spend $499 and get $10 off! 2% discount! WOW!

Put a $1 item in you basket and get $50 off - it's not that bad!

      • +2

You still need to find one "eligible" $1 item with your "eligible" big item. It is not a sitewide offer.

Absolute rubbish deal. Can't believe it's being upvoted.

      • So how do we ask Ebay to have 12-15% sitewide deal? I got no ideal because this is near Ebay's annual birthday?

        • You don't. Because ebay never listens to their users. That's why they drove their small sellers away with excessive fees, which drove buyers away, and drove the share price down - by trying to turn an auction site into a USA shopping mall instead of a place you could find literally everything given enough time waiting for it to pop up. People got used to it costing them more to sell and post, so they learned it was easier to discard their items instead - and never returned. Meanwhile, sellers and buyers were screaming at ebay in their own community section - all saying and warning of the same thing BEFORE it happened - then it did. Nothing has changed. ebay still isn't listening.

I checked two identical items, both listings are Buy it Now, one brings up the "Get it For…." text with the code, the other doesn't. Not sure how they work out what is an eligible item and what isn't.

    • Identical or different seller?

      • Different, but both private sellers.

    • i feel the codes, are targeting sellers, not buyers.
it is to encourage people to sell.
if there are no sellers, then are no buyers on eBay.

so, if a seller has been selling too many things, they then always get the code.
the sellers, that don't get too many sales, they get the code, and the buyer sees this code, to feel the encouragement to buy.

just a simple 15% sitewide would do

    • +2

Why can't they do a 15% sitewide? They did 18% before right?

  • +2

As if they can’t sacrifice $100 for real estate

Opposite of this master some Ebay merchants are creating $100 , $500 and 1k lots for full benefit of 10% off :)

  • What kind of joke is the $10 off per $100 - $499 spend

  • New deal everyday is a no deal at all. What a joke.

Note: be sure to amend code to PLENKTUN to access discounts on eBay.co.nz…

  • A maximum of four transactions apply.

Somehow, I can only use this code twice, not four.

  • hmm is this expired now?

    • Still valid and working.

  • not working for me… is it expired?

    • Still working. Just tested it. Perhaps the item you wanted is not eligible.

There is a 10% code Popper10 Eligible items.

  • For those looking for a $1 item to get over the threshold, here's an example, get the $1 SD Adapter card:
