I can’t comment on the game itself as it runs like crap on my computer on the lowest settings, but it looks beautiful in the trailer.

      It’s just old, but I like it too much to upgrade. I usually only play games like the sims and roller coaster tycoon on it. For everything else, there’s Xbox.

        Yeah I have an Nvidia 650m in my laptop and it doesnt really cut the mustard for this game. I guess I did buy it in about 2012 though, how time flys.

  This game is definitely badly optimised and took a hell of a tweaking to get to run smoothly. The defaults are awful.

  The gameplay itself and the story are quite compelling otherwise, once you leap that initial hurdle, well worth a play at this price.

    One review on steam suggests turning of anti aliasing completely. What settings did you end up on?

      Install the browser extension. It lets you know whenever you visit an affiliate.

        I am so bad at this I never associated games purchases with cash back and have missed out on hundreds of dollars of cashback across many sites.. yeah I am gonna hand in my ozbargain badge for like the 10th time this year.. so many dollars unsaved.. gahhh

        ah well can't win em all I suppose.

  My graphics settings, using my 1050Ti:

  Borderless fulllscreen
  Vsync off
  AA off
  Textures & Shadows medium

  100% resolution
  60fps
  Motion blur/DoF/Bloom/water tesselation off
  screen space reflection medium

  The AA, motion blur, depth of field and bloom seemed to be the biggest culprits when I tweaked then just now, so the jaggies are a small price to pay for a smooth image.
