    Belles is not on the Hey You app. They use a different ordering app ("100 Orders").

  FYI after about 2:30pm, the food court pretty much starts to shut down for the day. You'll find a few places offering discounts (30-40% off) to get rid of leftovers

    Yup during every promotion time they go offline. I purchased at full price on Friday and when I said I had a Heyyou order the lady kept on asking if I wanted water. She had to ask another 2 ladies to get my order as they had no idea what Heyyou was even after showing them the ap. Never again!
