          You just lodge the return online and print out the label. Stick it on the box and drop it off at the post office.

      I have ordered from them many times and have never had an issue.

      As recently as Sunday morning when I ordered two pairs of shoes and they arrived on Tuesday.

      The shoes were also very well packaged.

    Thank you OP, picked up a few bargains. OzBargainers note: Check the discount you receive with SHOPBACK20 as I found that one pair of the clearance shoes I had placed in my basket did not register the 20% discount for some reason. Removed that one, and got the rest at 20% off clearance.
