  • I can't decide if this is the deal of the century or a scam. Great to see property data becoming more (price) accessible.

    I'm curious how you get relevant data in a format that's manageable and timely enough to be useful though (e.g. town plan updates, population migration, business expansion/growth).

    Maybe its completely possible and I'm just dumb, but it feels like you're talking a very big talk. To date, none of the property forecast information provided by analysts or otherwise has been useful. People (with the help of machines) cannot accurately predict the future consistently. Sure you may get it right sometimes, but I can accurately pick heads or tails in a coin toss half the time too.

    Tempted to get a sub just to download reports and park them for a year and check results. Could cross fingers that subscriptions go through the roof so it just becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
