*You must have an eligible credit card enrolled in Citibank Rewards. CitiBusiness Cardholders and customers who are enrolled in Citibank Qantas Rewards and the Skywards Miles Program will not be eligible. To redeem Citi reward Points for flybuys points, you must be a flybuys member and advise Citi of your flybuys membership number at the time of redemption. You may transfer a minimum of 2,000 Citi reward Points per redemption and receive 10% flybuys bonus points on each successful transfer made between 11 July 2019 and 31 August 2019. Only whole points will be allocated, fractions of points will be rounded to the nearest whole number. Visit citirewards.com to transfer Citi reward Points to flybuys points. Citi reward Points transferred for flybuys points will be credited to your flybuys account within 21 business days. The redemption of Citi reward Points will be administered solely by Citi, and are subject to Citi Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Once Citi reward Points have been redeemed for flybuys points, they are governed by the Standard flybuys terms and conditions and cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed.
