Well Reviewed mechanical keyboard at a good price. Not the lowest price but still a good deal.
Static Ice shows the current lowest price of this at $97.

Is the Romer G switch on this better than Kogan's Outemu switch?
I liked the romer-gs. But they felt annoyingly wobbly.
I agree with this.
I have both the G413 and Kogan keyboards. Hands down prefer the Romer G. Having said that, one of my G413 CTRL keys snapped off last week (after 18 months) which appears to be a common issue as someone mentions below
I'm not picky about switches and I was content with both a Cherry MX Blue and the Romer G switch. Never tried the Outemu before.
However be aware that there's been many instances of the keycap stems breaking: https://www.reddit.com/r/LogitechG/comments/9b732y/help_logiā¦
Either designed obsolescence or their keypress tests did not account for horizontal forces.
When it happened to my G810 after a year, Logitech Warranty simply shipped me a brand new G910. Repairing it isn't too difficult but replacement keycaps are expensive since they aren't industry standard.
Have Logitech sent you this replacement. It won't break so easily then.
i've got the G910 and love the keys/switches. Great for Office use with very decent key feedback
Speaking as someone who uses Cherry MX Browns at work, and this keyboard at home - the Romer G switches in this keyboard are okay, but personally they don't feel quite as good to me. Not a vast difference, but the G413 feels a little less tactile. I wish I listened to people who advised to test a Romer G before I bought, but that's obviously not possible for everyone.
Use this keyboard for work, does the job and not loud enough to annoy coworkers.
Just wondering what is the quietest switch for an office environment is it brown? At home I have red and they are quite load.
Plain old rubber dome membrane keyboards are all quiet. Steelseries QS1 switch is the quietest of mech switches at the moment.
If your red switches are loud, they're usually because you bottom out at the keystrokes because reds are linear (no tactile feedback).
You can customise the keystem (if they're standard or like the cherry key stems) using o-rings you can buy on ebay for cheap so it dampens the keys when you bottom out.
At home I dont mind and quite like the sound but in an office environment probably not that pleasant for all
Got it for 69$ from Harvey Norman during their 50% off sale…. a very good keyboard, use it at work and not that noisy
Using one with my iMac-not too noisy.
I would go the Kogan RGB mechanical keyboard for $39 instead of this.
