I lived near a busy road. First week I couldn't sleep. But progressively second week or so I tuned out. I barely noticed it eventually.
I bought it, eager to use it, but I just can't sleep with any music in my ear. In the after 2 weeks I gave up and sold them. Earplug still works better for me.
The buyer who bought from me love them though. He already has 2 pair and he was buying for his partner.
So it really depends on individuals.
I just bought them so yet to find out, though the reviews I've read and watched say they are good for light sleepers.
My partner has them, we've had the same issue with the one I bought, and the replacement one Bose sent us when the first one stopped working. One of the earbuds won't hold a charge after a while and will stop working halfway through the night. That becomes super disruptive. So you get used to sleeping with them (they're great when they work!) and then they stop.
I've lived near a busy road now for over a year and still can't sleep properly. I've tried foam earplugs, custom made earplugs and have resorted to replacing the windows and gyprock with thicker stuff but still struggle. I might have to give these a go.
No QC35 deal?
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Bose-QC35-II-Quiet-Comfort-Noise… selling for $346.40 delivered when using the PAPA20 code.
Thanks but not as cheap as previous Microsoft deal.
Won’t be able to return I assume ?
Returns accepted within 30 days according to description. if the seller has ticked that option when listing the item that they are obligated to return, but not in a legal sense however, it's only ebay that enforces that rule.
Thanks for that.
I mean more specifically if we’ve tried and used it ?
I remember there was the bose trial previously but not sure if it still applies due to hygiene?Best to ask the reseller and see what they think. You are not buying from Bose, so their "Excitement Guarantee" does not apply
@scrimshaw: Asked and here’s the reply :20 percent !

We prefer not too but can do if we charge a restocking fee of 20%Kind regards,
I have had these since before they were released commercially (Bose initially did an Indiegogo for them) and I love them.
Especially useful for sleeping through noise in hotels with city noise (South America trip). Have just lived through construction next door and they were awesome. I can sleep thru anything in them.
Yes they take getting used to and probably aren't for everyone. Give it a couple weeks and try different sounds. ("Cascade" works best for me.)
Also good if you don't like mindfulness meditation but need a way to relax and stop your mind spinning. Lots of sound choices.
How effective are these at blocking out a snoring partner?
Are these worth it? I’m moving to a busy road and will no doubt need something to mask traffic.
