"Kids can level up their music experience with these Pokemon True Wireless Earphones"

    Yes.. Kids…

  • +9

I guess the music quality on these things will be 'kids' standard?

    • +4

      Gotta be kidding.

    • Surely these are at least as good as Raycons.

    • +20

Except they do. There's a whole country outside of your suburb.

    • +13

Time to travel across the land, searching far and wide.

      • -3

Why? Easier & Free delivery with OnePass.

        • -1

Kmart will only deliver to you if a store somewhat near you has stock.

          • @PainToad: Absolutely wrong!
Where did you.get that false idea??

Just needs to be stock somewhere in your State. Click online - shows if available for delivery.

Had so many successful Kmart deliveries, FREE with OnePass from far away:
$4 small shovel from 1000k away
            10kg 3m pool - 70k away last
            week

This item arrived free today - in 2d! .
No local stores showed any stock.
Saves travel time & money, rather than searching multiple stores!!

      • +7

To buy them is my real test, to resell them is my caaaauuuuse

      • Ordered 12/2. Delivered today free!
Far easier than searching multiple stores for stock!!
Those negging my suggestion were wrong😜

        • They weren’t negging your idea. They were booing you’re ignorance of the easy pop culture reference ;-)

          • -1

@Jake T: What easy pop culture reference ;-)

You knew it was a joke comment. I didn't!
You didn't identify it as a joke - usually easily identifiable by use of ;-) etc!

            "They were booing you’re ignorance"
            Really! By showing their ignorance😜
We are all ignorant about some things at some time. Even you!
Things are only easy if you already know.
            Not a reason to neg!

Had to Google your "easy pop culture reference"!! So not easy for everyone!

Didn't even notice these are Pokemon. Just interested in a cheap earphone.
            They're OK.

Your comment was a reply to "No store have stock to C&C".
So assumed it was a genuine response about finding stock.
            Rather than a joke!

            And now another neg!
            Pretty ignorant!

    • +5

Aren’t they completely different stores? I’ve been to the US kmart back in 2009 and it looks more like Walmart and a big supermarket rather than the Australian Kmart

        • +6

The peeps need cheap shit. I don't see the problem. Or maybe you don't do the shopping or don't have a young family

    • +22

      Of course it is.

Do yourself a favour and stop using news.com.au for your information cause they pull this clickbaity crap all the time(although in their defense this time they specified US in the title). Australian news outlet reporting on an American store closing, its like daily mail posting Australian news from their .co.uk domain.

      • +11

Yeah, this one was worse: Dominos to close 200 stores to reshape the business.

Headline viewers won't realise that most (172) of them are in Japan and only 4 of them in Australia & New Zealand. From Inside Retail: "The pizza chain said it will shut 172 stores in Japan, 23 in Europe, and four in Australia and New Zealand."

        • +11

Its a really good example of where media regulations need revisiting big time.

          • +3

@doobey1231: Which won’t happen because it’s too late for that. Murdoch already has a stranglehold on Australia as a whole.

            • +1

@FujinShu: Eh, it can happen if people vote differently, its up to all of us to help the tides of change, we can collectively speak louder than the murdoch empire.

              • @doobey1231: Easy for you to say. Murdoch has his tendrils everywhere in Australia, especially in Adelaide where his newspaper (The Advertiser) is the ONLY newspaper in Australia.

    • +7

      are you even in australia?

    • Yeah you're definitely not Australian

    • +1

They're literally turning Targets into Kmarts. Kmart will be around a long time.

  • +1

Does it support LDAC or APTX? 🤣 Need hi res lossless audio to listen to 8 bit soundtracks

    • +7

      Bluetooth Support: Yes

      • That doesn’t mean it supports APTX

  • +4

how fast this one going to dumpster ?

    • +10

As fast as Ash on Misty's bike.

      • +1

shut up and take your money

  • +2

If the whole headphone looked like a Pokeball I'd catch buy them all

  • +4

Save yourself the trip to Kmart and just throw $10 straight into landfill

    • +1

just throw $10 straight into landfill

Just throw $10 to me . I am happy to take it

    • Can just return to Kmart for your $10 back!
Ordered with OnePass for free delivery & 365d returns.

      • My local Kmart are real stingy with returns. No receipt, no return. Even showing the single item I bought on my bank statement and flybuys account wasn't enough.

Still, it's on me for losing a receipt in less than 24 hours.

        • +1

Learnt a lot about Kmart refunds in this Clearance Sale!

If you use OnePass (or possibly Kmart app) - the receipt is stored. Scan it for receipt.

Announcements in the store suggest doing that for easier returns.

Buying online you are emailed receipt.

Was behind customer wanting to return without proof of purchase. A clothing item with tags still on.
She was told they could only give her a Kmart voucher.

So returns are much easier with the packaging, even if no receipt.
Which you should have been given!

But NO REFUND in cash / to credit card etc without proof of purchase.

Took back faulty item last week with printed receipt. Had bought with Google Wallet on mobile.
But CC number was not the one used to purchase in store! NO REFUND to that CC!

The credit card on Wallet didn't match one on receipt, despite being the correct credit card…
Was asked if I'd used a different device to purchase.

Same credit card has different numbers using different Wallet! Didn't know that! Got refund on other device to same credit card💳

If refused - try another time or store. You have 60 days. Best of luck.

Returned to Mt Gravatt & other nearby stores in Brisbane, so as you say staff at yours may be more stingy.

          • @INFIDEL: I do have Onepass so I'll use that next time and if I remember, pay in cash.

I've had that exact issue with not being able to refund when using my phone to pay. Man dealing with Kmart is work.

            • @Loopholio: It's certainly an education at Kmart!!

Once you know a store's system (like staff do), it's easier. Confidently use the terms they use! Very hard for them to refuse.

(Fortunately I enjoy learning various systems. I built up a corporate consultancy in Queen St, Brissie - based on that.)

if I remember, pay in cash

If you use a physical card as payment it avoids issues with return using mobile. As long as card number matches card number on receipt.

Bought some clearance items, but forgot to use OnePass. Last week took back with receipt, asked to return & buy again… To gain OnePass benefits.
Staff hadn't seen that before, so were cautious. Senior staff member was called - issued voucher as refund, used to repurchase using OnePass barcode. Easy!

In past, made the most of Kmart voucher for returns system…
Over 10 years ago, negotiated with Dick Smith stores to buy up their 'managers eyes only' "clear stock list" items at very low prices. 'Returned' to Kmart at full price💰
Friends said Kmart should have my photo at every returns counter🤣

Bought OnePass for year for $12. Didn't think I'd get that much value from it.
But so many free deliveries from Kmart have saved time & money searching stores for the clearance items.
And have up to 365d to return

          • @INFIDEL: Same credit card number, interesting. It's a security feature that wallet apps don't use your real card number. Basically this policy means any device tap isn't refundable, I wonder if that's even legal

  • Limited stock I think, none in Dandenong (Vic) to Berwick.

Only places I've seen are Burwood, Chadstone, that's just randomly looking.

    • Saw a handful at Richmond this morning.

      • So it seems that the stock checker is incorrect, even Richmond shows as out of stock.

        • Yeah I'd take the stock checker with a pinch of salt.

  • Plenty in Adelaide

    • +3

      Never seen this phrase before.

    • +1

      Plenty in Adelaide

      Churches?

      • And that too lol

  • +13

Got a set of these for free from my work. Max volume isn't very loud and the build quality is absolute crap. The stick part on both earbuds came loose after a few months and they were only getting used 1-2 times a week. Even $10 isn't worth it.

Sound quality was surprisingly not shit though, so they got something right.

    • +2

Which workplace is giving shitty pokemon-themed earbuds. Was it for a Secret Santa?

    • Thanks, got one, hope they will work and can keep for few months… need sanrio next time though..

  • +1

Local stores show out of stock
    Ordered with free delivery
    365d return with OnePass😉

    • whats the return policy with one pass? if the device is broken or change of mind (even after using it for 364 days lol) ?

      • +1

Change of mind (unused.with packaging) is usual, but kmart staff don't seem.too particular in my experience.

Keep packaging! (Kmart Staff have so far never checked - if box looks unopened!)

        See OnePass 365d returns

If an issue with return, try someone else later.
They ask for OnePass barcode & process return. So make sure you're still subscribed.

Faulty - see warranty. But should accept as return, in my experience.

In these Deals, I've bought a lot of Clearance stock. So haven't reached normal 60d returns so far.

    • Delivered today.

  • +1

    Easter gift sorted out.

  • It would help if they would tell you WHERE you can find them in store rather than not and no option to search.

    • Call em up

  • +1

my kid even complaining JBL kids headphone, I guess this one won't be for him.

  • My order is cancelled and refunded the payment.

  • $10 at TK MAX for red Pokemon true wireless earphones. $15 for the black Pikachu variant true wireless earphones. For those who are after them.
