Yes this is not the best deal, but it is currently the cheapest if you are in the market for one.

The LG B8 OLED AI ThinQ TV features an OLED Display with no backlight. It also comes with the Alpha 7 Intelligent Processor designed for LG OLED. Together, they help bring the visual effect of 4K Cinema HDR with Dolby Vision to life, for an amazing home entertainment experience.

  • Looks like insufficient stock (at least in Victoria).

    • Seems to work for delivery?

They're probably clearing out warehouse stock - not available for click and collect anywhere in most postcodes that I've tried so it's just online order.

FWIW I bought the last unit from my local HN yesterday for $2995 + delivery/mounting + $300 gift card, but that's still not a great deal compared to the price error they had a couple of months back.

      • Definitely clearing out stock.

I've used three different browsers with multiple physical addresses and it continues to display "The item in your bag is out of stock
Sorry. Due to limited availability, the following item is out of stock for delivery in your area. We recommend trying Click & Collect."

  • I love how the b8 series seems to be the most saught after, mainly because the price point is perfect.

Keeping eyes out for a 55".

    • Yeah. I think many people in the market for a 65 OLED have a $3,000 ceiling.

    • The 55" for $1460 was great value, only a little more than LCD for the best picture quality/tech on the market. At current prices though not so tempting.

  • Out of stock in Sydney/Newcastle. Both delivery and click&collect options. Next time I hope!

Would not touch another webOS tv with a ten foot barge pole, no app support, and lg constantly drops support for apps that where there, dropped Skype almost immediately, dropped YouTube after a few years, dropped all the catch up tvs no apps.. avoid lg, or get a decent android tv

    • Who buys a tv for the OS? you buy certain tvs for the hardware tech like the panel a player is where you customize your os experience and by player i mean htpc/xbox/ps4/nvidia shiled/apple tv…

      • if your not buying a TV for the OS, you might as well just buy a dumb TV, i bought it BECAUSE of the smarts, now i'm going to have to buy an additional TV box to use functionality i bought the TV for!

        • I would never use a tv to process anything other then live tv i know my gf watches youtube on our lg b8 and b6 but youtube has no support for surround sound or hdr on tvs so not much is being processed probably max 12mbit/s for 4k content where as netflix atmos/vision content can reach 25mbit/s and thats its max.. pathetic really, because it you want to utilize the tech inside these high-end tvs such as dts:x, dolby atmos, hd10, or dolby vision you wont or should i say shouldnt be using built in apps os apps you should be proccessing it with a player for example most hdr atmos movies these days are up at around 60+gb for 2-3 hours of movie and the bit rates are 60-70mbit/s so if your happy to watch downscaled content on your tv dont buy a good tv because yiur not utilizing it properly save your self some money and look for something cheaper…

    • Sorry but what are you on about? Don’t know about skype but every other app you mentioned is still available, we actively use them.

Have no serious problems with webos tbh.

      • different versions of WebOS…

        • In that case, wouldnt an android TV also get outdated eventually? Its not like every android tv ever produced is still being supported.

@hashtagbargain: yeah but i'm pretty sure youtube still works on 4.4 kitkat, (2013) which was the first "major" android mainstream release that combined tablets phones etc and will probably still be supported for quite a while. I lost youtube a while ago, that said, it is a 2012 TV… 7 years old…

  • Someone do me a deal on a 55 inch already!

  • Went to Myer tonight. Zero stock anywhere in Vic.
