  This is actually SEGA’s first official hardware since the SEGA Dreamcast.

  That's pretty awesome. Hopefully a Dreamcast mini soon!

    I'd love a dreamcast mini too but the emulation and cost of hardware will make it a pretty expensive device if it's doable.

    These mini consoles need to be sub $150 to be desirable to the masses. I'd expect a Master System mini if the MD mini does well but I think the failure of the Playstation mini will make Sega and Nintendo question mini consoles from the 3D generations (even though that wasn't the only issue with the PS mini). The last of the 2D generation was always the safer bet.
