  • Once off use? How many times can you use this code?

    • +1

Read point 5 of the T&Cs.
Edit: Better still try it. Giu below did.

This "Eligible Items" stuff is rubbish.

    Most stuff is not eligible.

  • +3

It's showing up for items shipped from Hong Kong so that Australia seller only stuff is wrong.

  • +2

    Put "Eligible Items" on title

    • Done

      • +1

Checked some big sellers( Myers & BigW ) always in code promos .

        Not in this or the 5 % + 10 % current programs .

Enjoy the needle in the haystack hunt guys :)

  • +2

Please add "Eligible Items Only" to the title. It's misleading. The Ebay tightarses can't even offer a $5 site-wide discount for Au sellers.

Have a few things in my cart which have not been eligible for any of the many recent codes, including this. Amazon's no better but they did have a few good deals with free postage from the USA a while back.

  • +3

    Just used it twice!
CORRECTION: One of them got rejected :(

    • Link tks .

I can see if term 6 is effecting me .

  • +5

Not sure why this is getting so many upvtes, barely seems to work on anything.

    • +2

Like Auto 100 + for most Ebay codes , wipes negs too ( someone on 5 % thread said works on nothing and gone) .

Ebay deserves a medal this site negotiations .

    • +1

The deal URL is a full list of the eligible items

      • +2

Works for me on any item shipped to Australia. Not just items in the deal URL.
Code appeared in my eBay account under Account Summary. Only had to check the box for the code at checkout. Didn't have to enter it.
Not in my other account. Looks very much to be targeted.

        • Thanks for the info

  • +1

Bought something from the US on the eBay AU site and code worked.

  • Code not working for me, saying 'Looks like wrong code".
Tried to apply code with several items costing about $20 AU and Non AU sellers.

  • +3

    Targeted.

  • I got this one. Though I'd rather have one of the other ones.

Is there a way to check if an item is Eligible without clicking on every single item? Any item that's below the minimum value will never even show it, so you can't even tell if you can combine items to reach the minimum spend.

  • +3

Is it $5 off Chinese dropshippers that have Australian flags in there picture and their location is "australia" eBay is a joke.

  • Seems to work for all items for me. The code was automatically one of the promo options on the checkout page, as if I had a $5 gift card remainder.

    • The code applies to 7,718 items at the moment. So you may have been lucky.

  • +1

We should stop upvoting these awful codes. Eligible at "a stack of great retailers" but they won't say which ones. Clicking through the search link on the ebay main page leads to 7,723 results out of… millions of listings? More effort than it's worth. If you were going to buy the item anyway, then it will say so in the item page.

    • Yes it is sad to see how programmed and ignorant people are when they upvote every time a "sale" is claimed. When does supporting criminal activity end? Sorry, but a legal system based on privilege and anarchy is not what I was signed up to.

      • People upvote for other reasons than a deal. I upvote to go back in case it’s a deal, and sometimes I don’t even go back

  • +2

eBay are really going all out telling us to go (profanity) ourselves on this one. One of the eligible items is a suction cup dildo….

  • +2

    title should be:

$5 off Mystery Sellers ($20 Min Spend) for (Mystery Items Only) @ eBay

  • +2

LOL Pay 2.5 times the normal sale price for a Google Home mini and receive $5 off.

    • +1

I never mentioned anything about Google Home minis? Lol

      • +1

"I never mentioned anything about Google Home minis? Lol"
Who said you did? Though the first product on the page you linked to, is a Google Home Mini.

    • +2

Yes, they have selected a very poor group of products to place on their $5 off launch page. If youre spending $550 on a pair if shoes, $5 off is hardly going to be the deciding factor.

  • +1

    where are the deals?

    • -1

      Most are here

      • +1

        $99 mini?

        • +1

All of those items that are on that page are eligible including the $99 mini. But I wouldn't pay $94 for a Google Home Mini…

          • @CC123: I cant see the deals that you can see

            • @asa79: It's targeted, your eBay account may not have received it

  • Jesus Christ Ebay…5 dollars? Seriously? Why even bother?

    • +1

someone who browse Ozbargain saying this lol

    • someone who browse Ozbargain saying this lol

      • -1

What you said is actually the reason why I said that. I mean…seriously, there will be another 20%/15% off promo going on like another PXXXX15/PXXXX10.For 5 dolloars, for me it is like a meh.

  • 5% off $99 google home mini? Normal highest retail is $48!

    • For the last time the deal is not directed at the Google Home Mini

  • this is a good deal essentially 25 percent off if u get something $20, i bought something but the order got cancelled and the code got refunded back to me to use again.
