  What is going to happen is that there is going to be a very very long queue at 12:00pm, and by the time you reach the counter, it will be 12:31pm

    I'd expect them to allow people the freebie anyway.
    I doubt it will be that popular though. Do you really think there will be half hour long queue?

        Yesterday for the lukamades there were like 300 people. Same with for when Lanzhou beef noodle opened at box hill.

    Line starts 11.30am though tbh. If you get there at 12pm it's very likely to be sold out.
