But I doubt you'd be able to use it in another country when you travel. It won't fit the socket.
What makes something a travel adapter is that the plug is different to the one you use at home.

If the photo is of the actual charger, it's a 15W charger (9V 1.67A).

This is the same charger that comes with the new tab5. It's pretty small compared to my samsung phone chargers, and its tall, so maybe the side port won't annoy you. I'd say this is an absolute bargain for a branded product. I really don't know why you would risk a cheap aliexpress unknown over this. 9 bucks delivered? No brainer.
