What's the difference between this and the Coles brand $7.90/kg?

  I asked myself the same question when this was on special at woolies a couple of weeks back.
  
  The Bega block was a lot softer when pressing it with the thumb compared to the woolies home brand).
  
  Whether that speaks to the quality of the cheese, I'm not sure. Maybe a cheese expert can chip in.
