Can't say, from experience with landscaping and maintenance a straight shaft is easier to do edges with. Husqvarna or Honda, find one on ebay second hand.
This isn't a great deal when you can get a brand new Stihl for $199 these days.

Obviously purchased a battery mower recently and yet to get a trimmer probably not wise getting a petrol trimmer and battery mower and just stick to battery for both.
To be honest never even knew Stanley did trimmers.
The stanley black and Decker group don't make anything anymore. They just put their branding on the cheapest crap available.
Honda ums425.. The best you can get for under 350. Can buy for around 270
I wouldn't spend that much. $50 ozito would likely suit more of us
