Can someone with access to the Gov EPP tell me if adding Samsung Care for $250 counts using the $150 off $1000? Looking at getting the s10 128gb.
Also is anyone currently on the Samsung care program? It seems possibly too good to be true?
Under this program you can get phone replaced, with refurbished as new same model twice.
S10+ 1TB are still in stock (white & black), 512GB (white only), 128GB in all colours. Remember 128GB are single SIM, and 512GB and 1TB are hybrid (dual).

I ended up getting the 512GB white as I wanted the dual SIM, and the extra storage means I don't need to get an additional SD card, which has limited uses anyways.
Also the 35% off S10 models and additional $150 off for > $1k ends on 31/7 as per website info, so if you want those deals you only have a few days left. Fantastic prices on these.
Would be keen to get 2 x S10 plus, but with no EPP the jb hifi is the only decent deal atm, but if anyone can help in Perth would be awesome! :)
Just bought my S10+ 512GB today, free express post so it should come tomorrow.
This is the CHEAPEST deal on the market and when compared to P30 Pro, I chose to buy a phone where I can get local support as each time i haven't been happy with a Samsung flagship, i have just walked into the store and they have helped out - no questions asked.
Update: ordered at 946am and at 416pm i have been advised it's being delivered tomorrow by EXPRESS POST.

My workplace just got the Saumsung EPP yesterday (Commbank). The 35% off special says it ends 31 July (today). Has it been extended before? Need to wait two weeks to gain eligibility for TRS GST refund, so trying to decide whether to buy now or wait.
I am in the same boat (plus $150 off). Not sure if I should wait or pull the plug. Arghhhh
It's tough. I noticed they have 14 day returns so worst case I consider buying today and then if they extend the offer then returning it and waiting two weeks. Bit of hassle though!
That's the thing, what if they don't extend? Just feels like too good a deal to miss. I am trying to call their customer care and check if they can give more info.
@meowmeowmeow: The 14 day change of mind is not bad - you call them to arrange the return and they send you a prepaid postage label
@meowmeowmeow: Yeah..in my case it's August end of be eligible for TRS so 14 days return is out of question as well.
@go2force: I was thinking more like, buy it today, and if they extend the offer (i assume they would extend at least a month) then return it and keep waiting until the right day, and then rebuy. If they don't extend the offer then decide whether to keep the phone anyway since it's still a good deal.
@meowmeowmeow: yeah that's the best scenario. I had a chat with a Samsung rep and was just now told offer is highly unlikely to extend any further but could not confirm. I asked if similar deals will be floated for Note 10, but again standard response. So, I guess I will order one today and see what happens next? Cheers

Hey OZBs. For anyone who has used EPP in previous years, is the current deal the best ever on EPP? I have the Government EPP and not sure if I should get S10 plus (last day today) or wait for Note 10? This is primarily because I am 4 weeks away to get eligible TRS claim? Do you guys think a good deal like the current one often comes on Samsung EPP? Do you expect similar deals on Note 10 models? Cheers
I doubt that Note10 will be available for a deal like this in its first month of launch.

I got mine this morning, would recommend everyone to NOT open the box if you are waiting on Note 10 deals. You have 14 days of refund for change of mind.
Also another OZB advised me their friend's EPP didn't have $150 off for purchases over 1k, it's still available on the Gov portal and black 512 S10+ are still out of stock … funny if they magically become available tomorrow.

Just checked gov site, S10+ has gone back up to $1252 (was $974 last week).
