So the new Ryzen CPU's are here and Computer Alliance has more than 10 of them.
This CPU was touted as the sweet spot for gaming and performance.
Only a few other stores have listed the Zen2 CPU's and I could not find a better price so far.

It will come back, the store has said once they get more stock they will repost to eBay so don’t give in yet.
Except ebay sale may not be on anymore when stock is back

eBay has 10% coupons every other week anyway.

I got this late last night and it sold out last night
Nah I wasn't in the right frame of mind last night, the cat spewed on my bed at 2am so I got up and had a look at the deals and didnt see this one.
Get price protection ya crazy cat
Waiting for some 3700x prebuilt deals from Techfast
Anymore stock coming back within the next couple days?
Back in stock
Yep, seems like it. Snagged one just now.
Back in stock boys!
I believe they're selling like hot cakes.
Just purchased one - Amazing deal for this CPU
Also purchased the MSI B450 Mortar mATX motherboard - this is fairly well-recommended micro ATX board with decent VRM and cooling.
I used 2 gift card…paied 427 lol
The 2nd batch we have allocated to eBay are now sold out.
We are expecting multiple batches of the 3700X in particular, and the 3000s in general, to come in over the next few days and more will be pushed up to ebay as they come through
Same applies to various X570 boards.
Missed out again! Man, I gotta keep a closer eye on this post.
I received my 3700x yesterday. Super stoked with the fast shipping. Can't wait to build my new PC.
In stock again, just picked one up!
It's $469 with code PAPER :) Tempting, but now having second thoughts about buying a new PC. My trusty i7-4770K is still ticking along nicely
Edit: Argh, I bought it. Damn you ozbargain! Great price, even at $469. Cheapest on static ice is $510.
Good choice! I was contemplating it as well for a few days, but in ozbargain fashion, you cannot turn away a deal. $50 on a brand new item is just too good to turn down.
Yep. Now I am furiously researching motherboards. There are so many!
@chromium: I've gone for the b450 mortar (mATX).I'd say go for MSI boards since they all have the bios flashback feature that allows them to update the bios firmware without a cpu, just a power supply (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTkXunUAriE&t=16s). This is important because unless you're buying a x570 motherboard as you wont be able to use any of the other boards without somehow updating the bios without a ryzen 2000? If you're going for x570 it wont matter but they are goddamn expensive.
here's my build: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/83kdpG
The radeon 5700 is probably gonna run a bit hot and louder compared to AIB cards with dual fans and stuff but i just couldnt wait lol.
i dont know if it applies to anybody else, but is it possible to have some bubble wrap or protection on the package?
i received the 3700x but theres plastic fragments in the thermal paste and sections of paste removed from the plastic dislodging it in transit(i assume)
especially if theres a $15 fee attached to 'delivery'
but besides that thanks for not price jacking and fast delivery times.
Yeah, mine arrived in just a bag with no padding as well.
The box looked pretty banged up and, like yours, some of the plastic casing was broken, but luckily it didn't affect anything.
Not that I know of anyway, I only got a motherboard today and still waiting for RAM to show up.
A little padding or bubble wrap wouldn't go astray!
Ok i have fixed all my Ryzen R7 3700X issues. and now my 32GB's (4x8) of Gskill 3000Mhz trident RGB Ram works fine.
I now idle at 0.6v and it boosts to 1.45 when required for single core 1.3v for multi core
I followed the instructions from the below video.. it was awesome
Step one.. go back to the manufacture website and Download latest bios if you don't have it already
Step two.. go into bios and reset everything to system default.. (you need to leave vcore on auto in bios)
Step three.. Change Ram XMP settings to profile 1 or 2 .. change nothing else..
Step three.. load into windows and set Power Options to - AMD Ryzen Balanced
Now close all programs that are running in the background or that autostart..
With CPU-Z u should be sitting at 0.6 - to 1.2v :) everyone with a new 3000 series CPU should do this.
Watch the video in full below its so good.

Thanks and will surely try this out tomm.
Spewing I missed out on this.
