Fairly good ram, I'm not an expert but I believe with the timings that it's likely Hynix M-die (32-38-38-96, 1.35V).
Note, it only has an AMD EXPO profile on it, so you'll need to manually tune it if you have an Intel based CPU.

Yes. It will give basically identical performance in everything except synthetic benchmarks.

Well, I can't as I've already ordered an AM5 mobo and 9800X3D lol.
$119 is a good price for 32gb of 6000mhz regardless and I've read that RAM latency has a smaller impact with 3D V cache CPUs
