It's new packaging. Shinier than last year's.
It is better, but I'm hoping for a sub $30 deal. My car's engine may seize waiting though.
Same with the Nulon 5W-30 - last special at Costco was $29.99 for 5 litres, current is $31.99.
I would think buying direct from SCA with cash back might be a better deal

SCA seems to be deliberately shying away from Castrol full synthetic DPF suitable oils… everyone else sells them but not SCA… Shame…
I not 100% certain, but I could've sworn that they do. It's just that they haven't gone on sale recently. I also noticed the non DPF limitation the last time I was about to grab these and I found the long service interval and DPF compatible Castrols on a different part of the shelf.
The Helix stuff they had recently was DPF compatible, however.
Castrol Long Life is the DPF correct oil and has been around $50 previously if memory serves me correctly.
I guess the price is going up from past years around $29 mark
