Just got a cancellation email for my order, no stock being the reason. Pretty sure that breaches eBay terms for sellers. More likely they didn't want to honour the discount. 👎👎

I got the same cancellation email, then received another from eBay saying it was ready for pickup…really strange! I got down there quickly before anyone could change their mind, though was ready to argue the cancellation as surrounding stores were showing stock, plus purchase via their website was still possible… Perhaps I got lucky, though hope others did too!

I chose delivery. I got an email after I ordered telling me it was being processed (and specified which store). When I got the cancellation email, I called the store to ask what was going on. They said it was weird that I got a cancellation email, given that they literally had the stock there and even had one put aside with my name on it ready to despatch. They then realised that head office had sent them communication advising them to cancel all Airwrap ebay orders. Proves they simply did not want to honour the discount. Will never shop with them ever again.
