Kmart South Australia have the LEGO city arctic mobile exploration base on clearance for $79 (usually retails for $149 and seen on sale occasionally at $120). I've seen it at 3 stores so far (City, Churchill and Marion) and it scanned the same price at all 3 and was labeled as clearance at the CBD store (but still listed at $149 at the other 2 stores). There were only 2 or 3 left at each store I visited but great price for one of the larger sets.
I'm not sure if this is australia wide or just South Australia… it's in store only and the set doesn't seem to be on the kmart website any more.
My local also had the Arctic Scout Truck 60194 for $45. They're $47 on Amazon which is also alright.
