I had an order cancelled tonight as well at the last minute. I rang our local restaurant to enquire and they told me they actually made the food yesterday when I scheduled the order for tonight’s dinner.
Seems like something screwy with the UberEats system or human error that the restaurant couldn’t tell that it was an advance order but coming through as ASAP. Anyway they say the food went in the bin.
Bit of a waste and inconvenience to make alternate plans.
I have advanced order with Maccas and they were fine.
