  Thanks for the comments. Best sizing method is to measure an existing insole for the shoes you are using the Cinnamon Soles in. Then pick the size according to the matching measurement on our chart. We have found that almost all shoes have varying size labels and even the shoes you have will sometimes need different sized Cinnamon Soles (some of your shoes can can have insoles which vary by .5 to 1 cm) so, best to measure length of existing insole from intended shoes.
  One issue with printable sizing diagram is that the printed document can resize on some printers and some software. We use a Nike based size chart because it's pretty universal, but even that has variations.
