No as per Bens reply below its not LE.
They dont have a price for the LE as yet.
Regardless, they also ship from the UK and if you are expecting to play day one then I'd either buy from Origin.com or at your local games shop.
Past pre orders from the UK have taken weeks to get to AU but the odd one will only take 4-5 business days after release.
If you are a keen gamer then anything more than a days wait is too long.
Not that EA have a great record for day one perfect gaming.
You have more chance of securing the nick you want and learning the maps at the same time as everyone else.
That ozgameshop one is not limited edition, so no bonus DLC
