I don't know about 'worth' but yeh it's one of the best TV series of all time.
As for value, Stan has the complete set in HD($14/m) and in 4K($17/m) depending on your subscription plan and there is a free 1 month trail you could always take advanatge of.
Remember, you're not paying for the TV series. You're paying for the permission to watch these shows as long as Apple makes it available to you. I don't know about you, but for me, once bitten, twice shy.
