  • This might be a stupid question but do we even need to pay for security like this anymore? If you have Windows 10 (more secure than previous versions) and use the built in protection then isn't that enough?

    • I have been using Windows built in anti virus since Windows 7. Works fine..
Make sure you don't click on popups when you visit porn sites, crack sites or any sites that offers free shit.

      • Works fine untill you start using torrent or newsgroup or tryout warez.

    • Windows does a decent job these days but worth supplementing with something like Malwarebytes to cover a more comprehensive cross section of threats. It integrates well with the built in security.

    • While Windows Defender provides adequate protection, many people find that it noticably slows down their computers. Typically, Norton will have much less system impact then Windows Defender.

Because I don't like security software slowing down my computers, I do not use WD on any of my computers.

When you Can buy 5 devices for $35 why buy 1 device for $15. You can use this for mobile devices as well.

      From where?

        • Thanks. I gather that these ebay keys are legit? I ask because brick shops like JB and Harvey are selling for $128 (with $30 cashback) when not on sale

          • @Riker88: If you look at the seller's negative feedback is seems that maybe they are not. Some cheap software on eBay is pirated, but for some you get a genuine license.

  • Just went to JB online and click and collect is not available. $4.99 P&H but it costs $58. Delivery for ACT is currently expected to be 4th July. I'll just have to tell the virus/malware not to target me until that date. :)
