    So what you meant was twitch/other streaming platform while gaming? Well that's an entire different scenario, pc doesn't even come with an dedicated graphics card of course you wouldn't use it for anything but streaming solataire Lol

    About 3 minutes into the linked vid Linus actually says i5 or older will be fine as a dedicated streaming machine.

      Good catch, I just jumped through it to confirm it was in regard to gaming streaming. Suppose your set for some mega twitch $$ streaming minesweeper or candy crush :(

      With throttlestop n good TIM you could make it perform like a more expensive CPU anyways I'd guess. Probably can't fit better cooler.

        The gaming is done on a separate and suitably spec’d PC while the stream is transcoded on the old i5 dedicated streaming machine.

        This refurbished HP would be more than capable of working as a dedicated streaming machine for transcoding duties.
