Similar to previous deal, this coupon eventually popped up on my facebook feed. Says it expires sunday.
Sorry about the long as url, OzBargain kept not letting me post the smaller one due to the old expired deal.

Not sure man. Don't think so. Especially not in this price range.
Thanks!
I was wondering this too. I would love an Android based watch that can play music and make/receive calls without being tethered to your phone, like the Apple Watch does.
The new chipset really hasn't delivered many benefits over the previous version.
This review turned me off - from amazon.com - "Terrible experience, forces you to hand all of your personal data over to the Chinese company Mobvoi in order to get basic functionality. It disables WearOS features until you give the Mobvoi app every permission it requests. "
That's not what I found - I avoided using any of the Mobvoi apps and services and Wear OS works fine.
Don't recommend it.
Got one from Amazon last week, it was updated to latest Wear OS first. It was unbearably laggy. Ended up returning it to Amazon. I guess the specs are not good enough for the OS.
I use the ticwatch S at the moment. I only load the apps that i know i'm going to use onto the watch, so I only have about 18 apps (including the ones that come pre loaded) on the watch.
I also run a minimal watchface to keep it light.
My watch is super responsive. still laggy on heavier apps but overall pretty quick and snappy. it runs a MediaTek MT2601, which i'm not sure how it compares to the pro's qualcomm 2100.
Same. Minimal apps and watch faces, and its been working fine. Looks great too - I bought a black stainless steel band for it and slapped a tempered glass screen protector, and whoomp there it is!
What's the best watch to get currently with the new chipset? Or are there not really enough options yet
