    I have Pandemic Iberia, is this version different enough to make it worth getting.

      This is the Original version of Pandemic but in a deluxe edition. You can play this with multiple expansions such as on the brink, in the lab and State of Emergency etc.

      You can increase the players in this series and there's a bioterrorist bad guy role in the expansions. This original edition can be played stand alone.

      Iberia is a similar concept stand alone game but no expansion is available.

        The deluxe edition is essentially a nicer version of the original (well nice is subjective - the board is beautiful but some people prefer the other pieces. I like the figures for the deluxe version)
        However the cards differ in the deluxe and original so you can’t just simply add the expansions into play. I don’t have the expansions but I’ve heard the cards match the original (which the deluxe differs from)

            @Cheapsize: Yeh agree. Think I read they were thinking of bringing out deluxe editions of the expansions. Alternatively if you have the deluxe but want expansions, can either cover the card backs or pick up a second hand or new original version and use those cards when including an expansion. Either way annoying
            We only have the deluxe but love it as a game. Each time you play is different
