I think it is for orders that you have placed but might have been canceled and give you a certain amount of credit which is applied in the next few transactions. I remember mine was when they canceled an order for a box of pens a couple of months ago
I don't think so because the $4.35 was paid from the $30 credit I received for the cancelled HDD order. This was something else.
