They don't because they aren't actually in australia. Cheap as though, and decent (if pretty generic) frames.
From experience in buying a couple budget eyewears over the years, I found Clearly.com.au budget ones to have better quality and actually cheaper with their BOGO or FIRST40 promo codes. BOGO is active now.
MUCH faster shipping and free 14 day no-questions-asked return. I had one arrived with wrong focal point, used the live chat and arranged a free exchange. They wanted a selfie though to see where my eyes pupils were…
You can also claim on Private Health Insurance if you have one.Only thing I like from Zenni is the engraving option.
All Zenni's glasses I received always came with crooked handles for some reason LOL had to use hairdryer to adjust.
Great site for glasses for those who don't have PHI or if yours doesn't cover optical.
Been buying off these guys for almost a decade, highly recommended.
I did use these people all of the time until clearly were recognized by my Health Fund. Always found them to be good. Have a family member, not in a fund, who needs multi-vision glasses,
not sure who is the best for them.Doesn't stack with referral code unfortunately.
Do private health funds recognise this site?
I know they do for visiondirect.com.au
