      Have used it before - was excellent. Activated for me on the day I departed and was ready to go as soon as I landed. Even better - the UK provider tripled data for all prepaid plans that month so I was able to stream live sports without any concern.

      That is a great deal but is there an easy way to get it? Looks like you'd have to either have an NZ address to ship to or buy the sim in one of their stores. They have a travel sim offer that handles click and collect, but it's not as good value.

        You'd probably have to get it in a spark store or with a rep store. They sell spark sims and plans at the airports but not sure if they'll carry exactly the same as retail plans. So I guess this is more of an option if you're already there.

      Hi Maxi, you’ll get 4G coverage in the majority of Italy, and 3G H+ where 4G is not available. The SIM self activates when first used in Europe.

    hi prepaidsims. purchased a sim and have a question. Description says 3000 min calls to european numbers, but then it says no international calls (voip recommended). Does that mean no international calls outside of europe ie outside the countries under "countries covered" https://www.prepaidsims.com.au/collections/uk-europe-prepaid…?
    I also noticed Australia is on that list too?

      Hi, that’s correct, international calls outside of Europe are not available. The country list refers to countries where data allowances can be used in addition to Europe. A useful perk for people traveling to other countries outside of the EU.

      Hi Saki, good question. At open sea, coverage will likely not be available or will be poor. But as the cruise gets closer to port and within range of network towers, reception should be great.

    Australia is listed on the Europe SIM card. Can I use the data in Australia when I get back from my holiday? Obviously the 30 day expiry still applies.
