  • and the Amex deal for those who nabbed ($30 back on $150 spend)
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/450124

    • On the payment screen, Couldn’t see Amex listed as an option. Think they are yet to start accepting Amex card online.

    • The Amex offer’s only available in store and pretty sure you can’t use gift cards online

      • Oh that's a bummer

Only for delivery. So you have to pay the delivery fee.

    • yes, the cooktop looked good at $279, but delivery fee is $49,and if I choose pickup, it reverts back to regular price and adds $20 service fee. I think delivery fee is to discourage returns

Bit disappointed in this one, bit of a bate and switch, being delivery only and you can’t pay by Amex to stack the offers

  • +1

This would be a great deal if you could go and pick up for free.

Pretty crap deal if you asked me. The "good deal" wardrobe - BRIMNES Wardrobe with 2 doors white - is $79, but delivery fee within Sydney is $69, which makes it $148 delivered, saving $1. If you choose Click and collect, it will be $149 + $20 service fee so even more expensive.

    • The shipping is capped at $69. I added 3 of these wardrobes for new house and still same shipping. The second hand ones in Gumtree costs more isn't.

Most people that buy ikea tho flatpack them on their roof racks

Looks like sale sale and NO SALE

  • Whoa, is this a joke? The products on offer outright suck

  • +4

A quick google says Ikea sells 12,000 products. The sale here only covers 40 products which makes up 0.3% of their product range. Plus the service fee and the shipping cost. Ikea, why bother?

  • +1

It looks like its all the products they have issues trying to sell, nothing that is popular

  • For some reason I was trying to purchase the items and in the shopping cart they show their discounted prices but in the last step when making the payment, it keeps on showing full price…does this mean the items are no longer available? But on the Click Frenzy page there are products that show 'sold out' but I selected the products that are not sold out though : ( Disappointed……

Are you sure you selecting Delivery option and not click and collect? Selecting click and collect removes the discount on the checkout screen.

      • Thanks for your help! It worked with delivery option but $69 delivery fee is quite expensive : ( Wanted to get a few more items to add to the same delivery but the sale item were so limited and most of them are sold out….

  • +1

same here. selecting click and collect/""proceed to payment removed discount for me as well. Not at all happy with you Ikea..

Edit: Just gone through the T&Cs and it says - > "In-store purchases and Click & Collect are excluded from this offer."
So I am not prepared to pay $69 for delivery….

  • WTF, delivery to Melbourne is not available.

delivery 69 bucks cant click and collect
    not sale
    fail ikea

  • Ordered a week ago and received email to say order had been 'dispatched' the following day. Order cancelled today on the basis that they are out of stock. Just checked and two local stores indicate full stock!
